We were the only pilots who didn't take the gliders down from the car...
С утра три раза переносили брифинг в надежде на улучшение погоды.
В итоге мы все-таки заехали на северный Шабр.
Дул западный ветер, иногда поддувало с севера. Решили стартовать на северные порывчики о_О. Поставили таск 61 км с 4 ппм.
Я не хотела собирать аппарат и стартовать из-за того, что стартовать на северном Шабре с западным ветром, по-моему, очень небезопасно.
Женька не хотел из-за переразвития везде и тени (тоже везде).
In the morning the briefing was postponed three times, hoping the weather would get better. Finally it did and we went up to North Chabre.
The wind was mostly from the west, but sometimes it turned north. They set the a 61 km task with four turnpoints.
I didn't want to set up my glider because I thought it is dangerous to take off. Zhenya didn't want to set up his glider because he expected the thunderstorms and he didn't really like the shadow everywhere.
День закрыли не из-за плохих условий на старте, а потому что один пилот с воздуха сказал, что стало ну очень турбулентно на втором ппм, и он собирается на посадку. На посадке, кстати, тож было неприятно:)
The day was canceled not because of bad launch conditions, but after one of the pilots reported from the air that it is getting too rough near the second turnpoint and he was going to land. By the way, landing conditions were also not very easy:)
