PreWorlds - Task 3 - 184 km

Третий таск, 184 км через два поворотника с сильным попутным ветром (у меня на компео было от 23х до 40+ км/ч попутного ветра).
Половина участников на финише, в том числе Антон, Артур и Миша Кармазин. Лидеры - с очень быстрым временем - 58 км/ч скорость на маршруте. Атила выиграл таск, он же прибыл первым на финиш. Результаты третьего таска - ТУТ. Результаты по итогам трех тасков - ТУТ.
Day 3, task 3 - 184 kilometers with two turnpoints and with a strong tail wind (my compeo showed wind speeds from 23 to 40+ kmph). Half of the pilots made goal. The winners flew with really good speed - up to 58 kmph. Attila won the task, and he was the first one in the goal field. Task 3 results can be found HERE. Overall results can be found HERE.

Были облачка, был хороший ветер - держись, главное, в воздухе, и тебя донесет. Но вот что-то не прёт эти соревнования.
Я стартовала в самом начале, номером 3. Полностью счастливая, что не надо меситься в стартовом гейте с толпой, так и полетела одна на маршрут. Летела быстренько так, в начале было очень хорошие потоки. А потом - долгий глайд, нет потоков, посадка. Бррр.
А потом пишу Герольфу смс, а он сидит на соседнем поле тоже. По точно такому же сценарию. Эх.
The clouds looked nice, and the wind was very helpfull. One would just need to stay in the air, and the wind would do all the work! But... somethings don't work for me in this comp. This day I took off in the very begining, number 3 in the queue. I was absolutely happy to thermal up without usual crowd, and I left on the task right away, alone. The thermals were very strong and nice in the begining, so I flew fast, but around Grenfel after a long glide I just didn't find a thermal and all of a sudden landed. :(
After I landed, I sent a message to Gerolf, and it turned out that he landed on the adjacent field with the same flight scenario. Oh.

У Юльки села батарейка в камере, поэтому она не полетела маршрут. А во втором таске у нее отклеялась наполовину спонсорская наклейка на крыше - нарушилась аэродинамика, пришлось садиться. Так что погодите, щас она камеру зарядит, наклейку покрепче приклеет, и всем покажет!
Julia didn't fly a task yesterday, because the battery of her gopro-camera was not charged.Two days ago she didn't fly because the sticker of her sponsor on her glider top surface got detached and ruined all the aerodynamics (basebar went back). She had to come back and land. So, watch out, next time she will charge her battery, attach the stickers properly, and will be back in game!

Антон жжет, уверенно летает в десятке. Потому что подвеска у него очень неудобная, приходится очень быстро долетать до финиша. Антон, может не надо менять подвеску:)?
Russian pilot Anton is doing really well. He's currently placed fifth in the results. Probably, because he flies in a very uncomfortable harness, which makes him want very much to make goal as soon as possible. Are you sure, Anton, you want to change your harness:)?

Понравился мне итальянец, лидер первого дня. В тот день никто не долетел до финиша - не могли пробиться против встречного ветра. А он улетел дальше всех, а на посадке развернулся и сел по ветру. Есть у меня подозрение, что он так хорошо пролетел, просто потому что не знал, что ветер встречный, и надо лететь плохо:)
I like the leader of the first task, Italian pilot Edoardo. It was such a hard day for many pilots because of the strong cross and headwinds, but Edoardo did really well. But in the end on the landing he just turned around and landed with a tail wind. Which makes me think - maybe he just didn't know that he had been flying with the head wind, and therefore he had such a good result:)?

Сегодня, четвертый день, отменен: мимо нас проходит фронт, ветер сильный, небо затянуто. Отдохнули. Уже хочу опять летать!
Today, the forth day, was canceled due to the bad weather conditions: strong wind and overcast sky. It was nice to have a rest day, but I already want to fly again:)
