Прогноз на сегодня был хороший. Немного ветренно, но мы решили лететь по ветру - спасибо Ашанте, она согласилась нас подобрать. Герольф придумал таск лететь на восток до Blayney (125 км примерно).
The weather forecast was quite nice for today. Little bit too windy, but we decided to fly with the wind - thanks to Ashanta, she agreed to retrieve for us. Gerolf came up with the task with the goal in Blayney (it is 125 km to the east from Forbes), and we decided to join him.
В итоге погода оказалась сложнее, чем это выглядело с земли. Облака не давались и очень быстро разваливались, потоки терялись, направления ветров смешивалось. Я играла в игру "Потеряй поток". Очень талантливо я их теряла. Так и села где-то за Форбсом.
When I got in the air the weather conditions turned out to be not as simple as it looked from the ground. I couldn't make cloud base; clouds didn't last long; winds were changing direction. I was playing a game "Lose a Thermal." I was really talented in this game! I was losing thermals all the time! In the end I landed somewhere not really far from Forbes...
А Герольф и Фредди долетели до цели. А цель была на берегу озера, которое обвивало стоящую на холмике симпатичную ферму. И вокруг паслись барашки. Такая идиллия:) Мы искупались, и настроение поднялось. Потому что было оно никакое после моего бомбаута.
While Gerolf and Fredy made goal! Right next to the goal field there was a beautiful lake, and a cute well-groomed farm with kids, white sheep and green grass... Idyll:)! We had a nice swim and my mood became better. Because after my bombout I was quite frustrated.
