Что тут еще добавить:) Заслужил! Представьте, как это нелегко, лидировать восемь подряд тасков. Когда подпирают. Когда нельзя рвать когти, рисковать и стремиться выиграть каждый день, а вместо этого использовать всю свою тактику и терпение? А особенно, когда это такой нетерпеливый человек, как Герольф. Джеми опубликовала в своем блоге небольшое интервью с Герольфом, где он раскрыл главный секрет его победы - терпение:)
What else could I add here:)? He really deserved it! Just imagine how stressful it is to lead for 8 tasks! When all the other pilots are getting closer and closer. When you can not afford to risk and to try to win one more task, but should use all your patience and tactics instead. Especially when you are such an impatient person like Gerolf:) Jamie published in her blog a nice interview with Gerolf, where he shared his secret of the winning:)

Помимо победы над всеми девушками, Юлька показала очень высокий результат в общем зачете, оставив позади ВСЮ российскую сборную!:) Красавица:)!
Julia beat not only all the girls there, she also has a very high results overall and she left behind all the russian national team:) Amazing girl:)

3. В командном зачете победила Италия
(Вторые австрийцы, третьи швейцарцы)
3. Italy took the best team title!
(With Austria second and Switzerland third)

Вырвали победу в самый последний день:)!
They literally snatched the victory on the last day:)!

4. Ну и лучший болид - Лайтспид РС фирмы Мойес!
(Второй - Аерос, пилоты которого заняли кучу мест в первой десятке!)
And the best designer is Moyes with the Litespeed RS!
(With Aeros second I guess:)!)

2010 European Championship

Да, я знаю, каждый, везде, на каждом углу сейчас пишет о Чемпионате Европы. И я внимательно слежу за развитием событий, каждый день, и каждый час (и даже минуту!), пока они летят (спасибо Джемми за твиттер!). Со скрещенными пальцами! Я не пишу просто потому, что не хочу сглазить!!! Еще подождем, еще подождем...

И другого ничего тоже не пишу, потому что ВСЕ МЫСЛИ заняты либо работой, либо ЧЕМПИОНАТОМ ЕВРОПЫ:)

Yes, I know, everyone everywhere writes about the European Championship lately. And I'm carefully  (I would even say desperately) following the course of the action every day. And every hour (even every minute!) - while they are flying a task (thanks, Jamie, for your twitter) - I am following them with crossed fingers!

I don't write about it just because I am afraid to jinx!!! Let's wait a little bit more, let's wait...

And I don't touch any other subjects just because ALL MY THOUGHTS are in my job or at the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP:)

So, I think, my next post will be about my job. It is quite an interesting subject actually, I have something to tell about it:)

Russian Team Won The Championship of Spain

Давайте радоваться вместе:) Российская сборная выиграла Чемпионат Испании!
Let's celebrate together:) The Russian team won the Championship of Spain!

Вчера завершился Чемпионат Испании в Ажере. Со второго по десятое июля. КАЖДЫЙ день лётный. 75 участников пилотов и 33 команды, но только 10 команд полноценные (от трех участников и более). И из этих десяти команд рашн тим заняла уверенное первое место:)
Campeonato de España was held in Áger from the 2nd to 10th of July. They flew EVERY day. There were 75 pilots and 33 teams there, but only 10 teams were complete (3 or more pilots present). And the Russian team took the very first place:)!

Артур выиграл третий таск. Антон долгое время лидировал и после пятого таска был на первом месте. Жаль, потом ошибся и скатился на четвертое. Юлька - вообще герой. Прилетала среди самых первых, а как-то раз уступив всего 2 минуты лидеру. И в десятке лучших в итоге:) По-моему, это прямо доказывает, что маленький вес и маленький крыл совсем не мешают всех побеждать:)
Artur won the third task. Anton was leading after five tasks, but then he made a mistake and now he is on the fourth place. And Yulia is a hero! She was consistently making goal among the very first guys and once she was only two minutes after the winner of the day:) And in the end she is in top ten! I think, this is the clear evidence that low weight and a small wing is no limitation at all:)

The russians are coming ;)

To Want Or Not To Want

Я помню свой интерес к восточной философии, к буддизму, дзену, Ошо. К мудрым притчам о тотальности, интенсивности, осознанности, созерцательности и единении с миром. Такие красивые и правильные слова. И ощущения.
Now seriously.
I recall my interest in Eastern philosophy, Buddhism, Zen, Osho. The wise parables about totality, intensity, awakening, contemplation and unity with the world. Such beautiful and right words and feelings.

Споткнулась я о главу желаний.
"Вы гнались за каждым своим желанием, и вы делали это снова и снова, и снова и снова разочаровывались. Каждое желание приносит страдание, и не бывает исполнения желаний. Вы ничего не достигаете, и удовлетворение невозможно. Когда вы прекращаете идти, путешествие исчезает, когда желание больше не застилает ваш ум, вы внутри. Это называется обращение вовнутрь."
I stumbled on the chapter about desires.
"You are chasing every desire, and you do it again and again and again and you get disappointed again. Each wish brings suffering, and there is no fulfillment of wishes. You never reach anything, and satisfaction is not possible. Only when you stop, the travel disappears. When the desire doesn't obscure your mind anymore, you are inside. This is called the conversion inside."

И тут я поняла, что выходит, что вся цель у нас тут - остановиться, наблюдать, перестать хотеть. И тут во мне все возмутилось. Как? Лечь на диван и ничего не хотеть? И никуда не двигаться? Совсем?? А как же все вокруг? Как же горы, как же летать, как же любить?
And then I realized that it turns out that the whole of our purpose here is to stop going anywhere, stop wanting and just watch. And then everything inside me rebelled. How?? To lie on the couch and never want anything? And do not move? Not at all?? And what about all the world around me? What about all the mountains, what about flying, what about love?

Я тогда со вздохом закрыла притчи Ошо и в первый раз в жизни поехала в Европу, летать в Альпах. На все лето. Это был 2008 год.
Я решила, что во всем нужен баланс. В том числе и в соотношении созерцать/хотеть.
Then I sighed and closed the Osho's parables. And for the first time in my life I went to Europe, to fly in the Alps. For the whole summer. It was in 2008.
I decided that everything needs balance. Including the relation between "to contemplate" and "to want".

А до высшей истины ничего-не-хотения я, наверное, дорасту в следующей жизни...
And what about the highest truth of the "wanting-nothing" - I will probably grow up enough to understand it in the next life...

А пока я так хочу к вам в Европу!!! Ко всем вам, счастливчикам, летающим сейчас в Испании:)!!!
